Shruti Priya, a 20-year-old engineer, writer, and changemaker from Patna, Bihar, is a driving force behind innovation and social impact. She is an inspiration for innovation and social impact. Shruti gets motivated by her mother, Mamta Kumari, who is a dedicated teacher, and by her father, Mr. Shreekant Singh, who is a diligent government officer. With this vision, she is on a quest to effect real change, merging creativity and purpose at every turn.

Shruti's early years at Notre Dame Academy and St. Michael's High School instilled in her a love of learning, creativity, and service. These years rekindled her passion for learning and fueled her ambition to make a difference in her community. Shruti has founded Hasi Movement; the community movement that was based on the issues brought by COVID while she is at 11th grade, with the very cause of satisfying urgent needs brought forward by a close circle developing into a huge ground from where hope with aid is emanated to reach Patna masses.
The key goals of this movement are stationery and book donations, besides connecting with the students in slums and government schools. Through these processes, Shruti has felt the power of empathy and community, which has added so much to her learning on service and giving back.
Currently, Shruti is a student at NIT Jamshedpur, pursuing her Bachelor of Technology in the sixth semester. Her academic journey has been further enriched with so many wonderful exposures, including interning at DRDO, working in an Startup, and an outstanding accolade: receiving an acceptance invitation to the super-prestigious Harvard Conference 2025. While these experiences enriched her technical expertise, they also created an innovative thought process in her, asking for change outside of the box to be radical in nature. Shruti writes for the soul; her words convey passion about narration even while writing on technology-based projects. She has added over a dozen anthologies through her poems and stories that portray human emotions at their foundation. One of the most soul-stirring pieces she created is a poem called "Tape Tale: A Mother's Love." That poem held a song.
Shruti's podcast celebrates the beauty of relationships and life, crafting words that emotionally connect with her audience and encourage them to reflect on their own journeys. Shruti's journey has been one of continual growth, propelled by her enthusiasm for innovation, service, and expression.
She is dedicated to living a life that will inspire others through her work and words, leaving behind a long-term impact. She is a change-maker who has faith in technology and humanity as well, thereby using her engineering skill with the flair of storytelling and creating a world full of possibilities.

Shruti says, "The true essence of life lies in connecting with others, creating meaningful moments, and making a difference in the world around us." My goal is to continue learning, growing, and contributing not only as an engineer but also as a person who believes in the power of empathy, creativity, and influence. Shruti's acts and vision surely pave the way for a future in which progress and compassion coexist.
